(Athletes who wish to register for the competition are required to use their full name, a clear photograph that visibly shows their face, and submit a video clip of their own match play from any social media source. This will allow the organising team to verify their identity and assess their playing level (in cases where the athlete or organisers are unsure of the appropriate skill category. These requirements help the organising team verify teams and athlete identities more efficiently, while also preventing impersonation or misuse of another athlete’s identity. This process additionally helps minimise potential issues or unexpected situations that may arise.)
* ในกรณีที่นักกีฬาท่านใด หรือทีมใดก็ตาม (ที่ไม่ใช่มือ Rookie) ที่ส่งวิดีโอคลิปประเมินมือจากการเล่นในคลับต่างๆแทนวิดีโอคลิปจากการแข่งขัน เพื่อใช้ในการประเมินระดับฝีมือ หากทางทีมงานพบว่า ในวันแข่งขันจริง นักกีฬาท่านใด จากทีมใดก็ตาม ที่ส่งคู่นักกีฬาเข้าแข่ง เกินจากระดับฝีมือของตน และแตกต่างจากคลิปที่ส่งมาประเมิน ทางทีมงานผู้จัดและกรรมการกลาง สามารถมีสิทธิ์ พิจารณาการปรับแพ้หน้างานได้ และทางทีมงาน ไม่สามารถคืนค่าสมัครให้ท่านได้ ในทุกกรณี
(If any player or team submits a skill-assessment video recorded from club play (except Rookie) instead of an official match video for skill evaluation, and if on the actual competition day the organising team determines that the player(s) entered exceed the registered skill level, the tournament organisers and head referees reserve the right to issue an immediate forfeit at the venue. Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.)
* สำหรับมือ Rookie ท่านใด ที่ยังไม่เคยทำการแข่งขัน หรือมีวิดีโอคลิปในการแข่งขัน ท่านสามารถส่งคลิปวิดีโอการเล่นภายในคลับของตัวท่านและคู่ของท่าน ให้ทางทีมงานประเมินมือใช้ตรวจสอบได้ หรือหากนักกีฬาท่านใดที่อาศัยอยู่ภายในจังหวัดขอนแก่น จังหวัดใกล้เคียง หรือ สะดวกและสนใจเดินทางมาประเมินระดับฝีมือที่คลับที่ทางทีมงานได้จัดไว้ได้ด้วยตัวท่านเอง (การประเมินในทุกรุ่นมือ) ท่านสามารถแจ้งทาง CSM แอดมินได้ทันที เพื่อทำการนัดวันและเวลา
(For Rookie-level players who have never competed in an official match or do not have a competition video, you may submit a club-play video of yourself and your partner for skill assessment by the organising team. Alternatively, all players residing in Khon Kaen Province or nearby areas, or those who are able and willing to travel, may choose to attend an in-person skill assessment at a club arranged by the organising team. (Available for all categories) Please contact the CSM admin directly to schedule an assessment date and time.)

ขั้นตอนการสมัครแข่งขัน
1. ผู้จัดการทีมลงทะเบียนเพื่อ login เข้าสู่ระบบ
2. Login เข้าสู่ระบบ
3. กรอกข้อมูลนักกีฬา กรุณาเตรียมข้อมูลก่อนสมัครดังนี้คือ ชื่อ-สกุล ชื่อเล่น เพศ พศ.เกิด ประวัติการลงแข่งขัน คลิบ youtube (ถ้ามี) รูปภาพนักกีฬา(ต้องมี)
4. รอการตรวจสอบจากฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขัน
